Outfit Post – Patterned Blouse

What I love about a blouse and pants combo is that you can wear it to work or dress it up for play. Earlier in the day I wore this blouse to work with black straight-leg trousers. Later in the evening I threw on a pair of burgundy coloured jeans and took out my evening bag. The outfit change took less than a minute but I went from corporate to casual! The key to this look is finding a blouse that can transform from day to night. The material is important as some material such as cotton can look too casual. The pattern of this blouse which can be seen as quite casual balances out the dressy effect silk materials tend to radiate. Notice this blouse is not collared so it does not scream corporate. Striking the right balance will increase your clothes versatility as you can wear them not only for work but also for play and vice versa.
